Ata Red\u00fckt\u00f6r Motor olarak, gelecekteki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek ve toplumsal beklentilere kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k verebilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7evre, sosyal etkiler ve y\u00f6neti\u015fim konular\u0131na \u00f6ncelik veriyoruz. T\u00fcketiciler ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar art\u0131k \u015firketlerden sadece ekonomik kazan\u00e7 de\u011fil, sosyal ve \u00e7evresel sorumluluk da bekliyorlar. Bu sebeple, i\u015f stratejimizin merkezine s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ilkesini yerle\u015ftiriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ESG Nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-sider-select-id=\"5f7335ac-01a0-4f50-984b-33a7fdfb7970\">\u00c7evresel, sosyal ve y\u00f6neti\u015fim (<b data-sider-select-id=\"9f011536-8c14-4998-a0da-46383fb54c41\">\u00c7SY<\/b>), \u015firketlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve etik etkilere odaklanan kurumsal mali \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 temsil eden bir kavramd\u0131r. <b data-sider-select-id=\"f8deff04-64b5-47cd-98c4-3fb3a9c4b9db\">ESG<\/b> olarak ifade edilen bu kriter, \u0130ngilizce \u201c<b data-sider-select-id=\"e7adbf3a-7734-474a-8ebd-71c777a6ef61\">environmental, social, governance<\/b>\u201d kelimelerinin k\u0131saltmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor. <b data-sider-select-id=\"51ac50e0-8137-4c94-b0be-d91846b991bd\">ESG<\/b>, i\u015fletmenin karbon ayak izi, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik taahh\u00fcd\u00fc, i\u015f yeri k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, y\u00f6netim ve kurumsal riskler gibi konular\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Sermaye piyasalar\u0131, <b data-sider-select-id=\"4c88edbd-5fe4-4bee-9647-f69154f9b47c\">ESG<\/b> kriterlerini kullanarak \u015firketleri de\u011ferlendirir ve gelecekteki finansal performanslar\u0131n\u0131 tahmin eder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ESG Kriterleri Nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>\u00c7evresel:<\/strong> Do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n korunmas\u0131, enerji t\u00fcketimi ve karbon emisyonu gibi konular\u0131 i\u00e7erir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Sosyal:<\/strong> \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ve payda\u015f ili\u015fkileri, toplum katk\u0131s\u0131, e\u015fitlik ve insan haklar\u0131 gibi konular\u0131 kapsar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Y\u00f6neti\u015fim:<\/strong> \u015eeffafl\u0131k, i\u00e7 sistem kontrolleri ve kurumsal y\u00f6netim gibi konular\u0131 i\u00e7erir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u015eirketler i\u00e7in Neden \u00d6nemli?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-sider-select-id=\"8e43a470-23fe-413d-8c67-7b7a18d5d757\">ESG, i\u015fletme operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hale getirir, finansal performans\u0131 iyile\u015ftirir, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 \u00e7ekme potansiyelini art\u0131r\u0131r, itibar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir ve m\u00fc\u015fteri sadakatini art\u0131r\u0131r. <b data-sider-select-id=\"f2a69668-c673-4c22-882a-05efb1976d46\">Ata Red\u00fckt\u00f6r Motor<\/b> olarak, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik hedeflerimize ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in ESG prensiplerini i\u015f stratejimizin merkezine yerle\u015ftiriyoruz.
